Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Appian-based web applications integrated with relational databases.
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
• Assist in identifying and fixing errors in Talend ETL workflows related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage job scheduling and automation using tools such as Autosys to ensure timely execution of workflows.
• Support production releases and maintenance, working closely with cross‑functional teams and operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to gather requirements and provide support solutions.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, troubleshooting guides, and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry tools, best practices, and new technologies relevant to database and web application support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in technical support, application troubleshooting, and database development.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of web application architecture and integration patterns.
• Exposure to Talend and knowledge of ETL concepts is required.
• Basic understanding of job schedulers like Autosys or equivalent.
• Experience in support documentation and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• Experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Exposure to Low‑Code/No‑Code platforms such as Appian.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Python or Shell scripting is a plus.
