Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Ansible Engineer in Hyderabad to lead automation efforts across cloud and infrastructure services. You will develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, automate provisioning, and orchestrate jobs using Ansible Tower, while integrating with ServiceNow, Splunk, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring 6–13 years of hands-on Ansible experience, strong Linux/Unix administration, YAML/Jinja2 templating, and scripting skills in Python or Bash.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Experience with YAML, Jinja2 templating, and Git.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Work with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Tower for job orchestration.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of automation workflows.

• Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions.
