Job summary

Weekday is seeking a Senior AngularJS Developer in India with 9–17 years of software development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will master C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular/AngularJS, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-performing software solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET and enterprise application development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular / AngularJS.
• Solid experience working with SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using Angular and AngularJS.
• Develop reusable components, modules, and services following established development standards and best practices.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, views, and database-related processes.
• Develop and integrate application services and APIs to support business requirements.
• Analyze existing applications, identify technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions for new features and application enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production and performance-related problems.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure application code is secure, scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
