Responsibilities

• Can independently do the low-level technical design of the project.

• Code complex components and lead the team by example.
• Drive effort estimation for modules you will own and help create development plans with the manager.
• Proactively keep a tab on emerging technologies, evangelize and lead adoption throughout the teams.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on 5‑9 years of experience in the software industry, preferably with product companies.
• Experience in the latest version of AngularJS.
• Experience in software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation.
• Well‑versed in JavaScript programming, design patterns and writing modular, reusable, object‑oriented and functional JavaScript code.
• Familiar with JavaScript packaging tools, and comfortable with TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with concepts such as design systems, atomic design, micro frontends, progressive web apps and backend for frontend.
• Experience developing modular web components using the latest HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards, with a proficient understanding of cross‑browser and cross‑platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, multi‑tiered web architecture and the latest web standards including web accessibility.
• Experience creating complex CSS layouts using best practices for responsive, mobile‑first experiences.
• Understanding and application of user experience and web design principles in applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, Web API/WCF, .NET Framework 3.5+, C# and SQL Server is a plus.
• Excellent in Object‑Oriented Analysis & Design.
• Strong design, coding and debugging skills are must‑have.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks like AngularJS is must‑have.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, SOLID principles, and development best practices.
• Experience with performance, optimization and security is a good to have skill.
• Ability to articulate the understanding of requirements and the reasoning behind a suggested solution approach.
• Strong oral & written communication skills along with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
