Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Chennai (DGS India) seeks an operations-focused professional to support end-to-end client lifecycle activities for Paragon campaigns.

You will coordinate timelines, ensure correct material delivery, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet quality standards. You will assist with campaign setup, traffic, launch, optimisation, and billing reconciliation, while producing client performance reports and maintaining strong partner relations for continued

• Campaign coordination and execution tasks across client campaigns.
• Billing support: approval of client and intercompany invoices.
• Data extraction and client reporting using standard templates.
• Relationship management with internal media ops and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure materials are received and meet client quality expectations.
• Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across Media brands.
• Partners with team members to implement continuous improvement for client delivery.
• Supports branding partners through campaign setup, traffic, launch and optimisation.
• Supports client billing by approving client invoices; reconciles supplier invoices when needed.
• Creates client performance reports by consolidating data into templates (e.g. post-buy spend).
• Provides additional operational support as needed.

Job Description

• Supports campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality.
• Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
• Partners with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses.
• Supports brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery - campaign setup, traffic and launch and optimisation.
• Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices.
• Reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe.
• Creates client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed reporting templates (e.g. post-buy report of media delivered and actual spend, recorded in our media systems).
• Provides additional operational support as needed.
