Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Risk Advisory to join a fast-moving, AI-driven team in India. You will work on T&E risk projects, leveraging Concur, Workday and AppZen to deliver risk-based insights for international clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate complex data into clear narratives, and help strengthen our clients' governance, risk, and compliance programs in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with relevant finance, risk or analytics focus.
• Experience in risk advisory, audit or control environments preferred.
• Excellent data interpretation and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements for planning, crafting, implementation and reporting.
• Support globally-facing engagements and coordinate with compliance teams.
• Apply Concur, Workday and AppZen to T&E risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and supervise junior analysts.
• Present findings with clear recommendations to clients.

In this role youll be part of T&E audit team and will be working on tools like Concur and Appzen.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in understanding the project requirements for planning crafting implementation and reporting
• Experience in service delivery team handling work with all levels of staff and supervision of team members.
• Preferred experience of working in international client-facing roles.
• Work on T&E tools like Concur Workday App Zen etc
• Good interpersonal skills.
