Job summary

Genpact seeks a Consultant for ERC readiness to drive risk advisory initiatives. You will support risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and prepare client deliverables with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong data literacy, security awareness, and storytelling to convey findings. A mix of economics/finance/statistics degrees and advanced risk certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Economics, Finance or Statistics; MBA preferred.
• MBA in Risk Management is a plus.
• Certifications in governance and security (CFE, CISA, ITIL, Azure) are favorable.
• Proven ability to analyze risk, data and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of risk advisory tasks and assessments.
• Conduct risk analysis and assist in mitigation plans.
