Job summary

Regeneron India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join our finance team. You will support annual budgeting and forecasting for strategic collaborations, consolidating inputs from Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing partners, and deliver management reporting packages with variance analysis against budget and forecast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience incl. FP&A, financial reporting, or alliance/partnership finance.
• Strong Excel modeling skills with advanced formulas, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and close/reconciliation processes.
• Experience with cost-sharing, profit-sharing, and royalties; multinational/cross-currency exposure preferred.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget and forecast cycles by consolidating inputs from Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing partners.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results.
• Perform financial reconciliations for partner cost-sharing and profit-sharing arrangements.
• Build and maintain financial models covering cost-sharing true-ups, royalties, and FX impacts.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for partner invoicing and audit requests.
• Investigate reporting anomalies and maintain process documentation and controls.
• Collaborate with global finance colleagues and partner counterparts across time zones to deliver insights.

• Collaborate with global finance colleagues and partner‑company counterparts across time zones to deliver high‑quality financial insights and reporting.

This role requires:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, reconciliations, or alliance/partnership finance.
• Strong Excel modeling skills, including advanced formulas, sensitivity and scenario analysis, and management of large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month‑end or quarter‑end close and reconciliation processes.
• Experience working with collaboration and licensing finance concepts such as cost‑sharing, profit‑sharing, and royalties preferred.
• Experience with Hyperion is a plus.
• Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Prior exposure to the biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience supporting multinational or cross‑border finance teams, including work across multiple currencies and time zones preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, forecasting accuracy, ownership, adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables in a global environment.
