Job summary

Sandoz Private Limited seeks a Senior Solution Analyst Finance - Closing & Reporting to deliver finance technology solutions that support financial and management reporting across the organization. You will partner with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP-based reporting capabilities while ensuring compliance and quality.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading implementations, and ensuring seamless integration across SAP environments.

Qualifications

• University degree or Masters focused on Finance & Accounting.
• 10+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years on SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance & reporting solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and design.
• Experience managing large technology or transformation programs.
• Proven implementation, integration, testing, and QA skills.
• Experience with Financial and Management Reporting, incl. Product Margin Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document finance reporting requirements.
• Design scalable SAP-based solutions aligned with reporting needs.
• Lead implementation of finance tech solutions with timely delivery and quality.
• Ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Datasphere.
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and solution adoption across teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for finance reporting solutions.
• Design scalable and sustainable technology solutions aligned with business objectives and reporting requirements.
• Lead and support the implementation of finance technology solutions, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere environments.
• Partner with business and technical teams to facilitate effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and solution adoption.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution designs, implementation plans, testing results, and operational procedures.
• Support end-user training, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to GxP regulations, data integrity requirements, and relevant compliance standards.

KPI: Deliver high-quality finance reporting solutions that meet business requirements, compliance standards, and project delivery timelines.

What You’ll Bring to the Role Essential Requirements

• University Degree/Masters, focused on Finance & Accounting Minimum 10 years of SAP with at least 5 years' experience on SAP S/4HANA
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and financial reporting solutions.
• Experience with SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), SAP Fiori Analytical Applications, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
• Experience managing large-scale technology or transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in solution implementation, systems integration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Experience supporting Financial and Management Reporting processes, including Product Margin Reporting.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Languages: Fluent in English.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance requirements, and data integrity standards.
