Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune seeks a SFDC Business Analyst to gather and document requirements for healthcare payer solutions. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to define processes, map interfaces, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience stated for the SFDC BA position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare payer domain.
• Experience implementing or maintaining commercial payer solutions and/or Medicaid systems.
• Strong understanding of claims processing, member enrollment, and care management concepts.
