Job summary

Medline India in Pune is seeking an experienced IT Senior Analyst - SAP SD Pricing to join the Rebates & Pricing team. You will work with business partners to define requirements, configure SAP SD pricing, and drive enhancements across pricing, rebates, and order-to-cash processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and own project delivery from requirements through production.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in SAP SD Pricing including ECC versions and S4 HANA.
• Thorough understanding of all components in Order to Cash processes.
• Expertise in SAP Pricing configuration and enhancements of complex pricing scenarios.
• Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, billing, and BI integration.
• Experience in multiple enhancements & customizations from requirements to Production deployment.
• At least one End-to-End SAP implementation project.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills and ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Ability to multitask under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.
• Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.
• Team player coordinating with on-site and matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives in Rebates & Pricing team for IS Applications supporting Pricing, Rebates, Order to Cash and related business functions.
• Build relationships with business users and leadership to define processes, roadmaps, priorities and execute SAP/Vistex projects.
• Learn Medline processes, map out process flows, and identify improvements with process change or system improvements.
• Elicit and define requirements, business goals and critical success factors with deadlines.
• Own delivery of a project and drive it to closure with little supervision and follow-ups from business or IS supervisors.
• Collaborate with various technical and functional teams to evaluate & propose designs.

The Senior Analyst will work with the business, functional, and technical teams to define, document, design, implement and support SAP ECC & Vistex based solutions that meet business objectives.

Required skills

• 6-12 years of experience in SAP SD Pricing area including all ECC versions and S4 HANA.
• Should have thorough understanding of all the components in Order to Cash processes
• Expertise in SAP Pricing configuration and enhancement of complex pricing scenarios.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration experience related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, billing, and experience in integration with other systems and modules especially FICO & BI.
• Should have worked on multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements gathering to Production deployment
• Should have worked on at least one End-to-End implementation project
• Proven ability to research, assess and implement SAP solutions to support new business requirements
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, and ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to multitask and prioritize as needed.
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills along with the ability to debug and trouble-shoot issues.
• Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.

• The ability to successfully interact with on-site business & team members and work in a matrix environment is required

Desired Skills

• Implementation at a large distributor/manufacturer. Pharma/Healthcare distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience in Vistex module
• Ability to understand ABAP code and be conversant in debugging.
