Medline Industries India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced IT Senior Analyst – SAP SD Pricing to collaborate with business partners, define processes and drive pricing solutions within the OTC domain.

You will act as a subject matter expert in operations data for Safety, People, Quality, Service, or Cost, guiding pricing configurations and enhancements across ECC/S4 HANA environments. Ideal candidates bring 6–12 years in SAP SD Pricing, strong data analysis, and proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• 6-12 years in SAP SD Pricing including ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash components and pricing scenarios.
• Experience with integration with FICO & BI and multiple enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Build relations with business users and define processes and roadmaps in SAP/Vistex.
• Learn Medline processes, map flows and identify improvement areas.
• Elicit requirements and deliver solutions per deadlines in the OTC space.
• Own project delivery end-to-end with limited supervision and proactive status updates.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to optimize solutions with minimal system impact.
• Document requirements, design and test plans per Medline SDLC & Agile.
• Carry out functional testing and assist QA during Change Approvals.
• Support and enhance OTC landscape including SAP ECC and Vistex.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in SAP SD Pricing area including all ECC versions and S4 HANA.
• Should have thorough understanding of all the components in Order to Cash processes.
• Expertise in SAP Pricing configuration and enhancement of complex pricing scenarios.
• Strong hands‑on SAP SD configuration experience related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, billing, and experience in integration with other systems and modules especially FICO & BI.
• Should have worked on multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements gathering to Production deployment.
• Should have worked on at least one End‑to‑End implementation project.
• Proven ability to research, assess and implement SAP solutions to support new business requirements.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, and ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to multitask and prioritize as needed.
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills along with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.
• Enthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.
• Team player with effective coordination with other employees.
• The ability to successfully interact with on‑site business & team members and work in a matrix environment is required.

Desired Skills

• Implementation at a large distributor/manufacturer.
• Pharma/Healthcare distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience in Vistex module.
• Ability to understand ABAP code and be conversant in debugging.

Educational Qualification

BE, B TECH or MBA with major in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, network and work closely with business users and business leadership to define business processes, roadmaps, priorities and execute projects in SAP/Vistex to achieve business goals.
• Learn and gain expertise in Medline business processes, map out process flows, and identify areas for improvement with process change or system improvements.
• Work closely with the business community to elicit and define requirements, business goals and critical success factors with the goal of delivering the correct solution per business‑mandated deadlines.
• Own delivery of a project and drive the project to closure with little or no supervision and follow‑ups from business or IS supervisors.
• Collaborate with various technical and functional teams to evaluate & propose design alternatives and optimize the solution, while minimizing impact to system stability and performance.
• Present ideas, designs and areas of expertise to broader groups, including management in the user community.
• Communicate system issues and impacts to business stakeholders in clear non‑technical terms.
• Document detailed requirements, solution design and test plans using standard templates as part of Medline’s SDLC and Agile Methodology.
• Carry out functional testing and assist with the QA review process for Change Approvals.
• Assist the team manager in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests, estimating effort, developing detailed project plans, managing cutover tasks and communicating status as required.
• Assist the team manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.
• Effectively plan, create documentation and conduct transition activities for newly implemented functionality to teammates and business users.
• Demonstrate a “Get it Done” attitude and drive initiatives to closure with proactive stakeholder interaction and following‑ups and escalating as needed.
• Actively participate in monitoring, maintaining, supporting and enhancing our OTC System Landscape including but not limited to SAP ECC, Vistex, and other Tools.
• Ensure the highest level of systems availability, and provide off‑hours support as needed including, but not limited to, participating in the on‑call rotation.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times and consistently interact professionally and productively with all levels of Medline employees.
