Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Analyst in Reporting Solutions in Hyderabad to lead governance for Medical Analytics, ensure timely delivery of analytics and dashboards, and build scalable apps and automated solutions across global teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data quality, implement SOPs, and drive process improvements while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and providing training on analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years' experience with analytical tools such as Power Platform, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a global context.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, pharma or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and policies for Medical Analytics operations.
• Ensure reporting on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirement by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure Apps, dashboards and solutions are developed and maintained as per requirements.
• Monitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audit readiness and participate in internal/external audits as required.
• Responsible for access management of all applications.
• Ensuring data consistency across all applications.
• Pro-actively identifying analytical and application requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Providing training on analytical tools and usage.
• Building advance tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.
