Job summary

Fidelity International in Gurgaon is hiring a Senior Analyst Programmer to design and implement platform features, reusable components, and APIs for Fidelity's Enterprise AI Platform. You will enable teams to use AI securely, with governance and scalability, while integrating new capabilities such as RAG pipelines and observability.

The AI Platform team builds the secure, resilient foundation powering AI innovation across Fidelity. We enable scalable AI adoption through shared capabilities, strong governance and trusted engineering expertise.

About Your Role

You will play a key part in developing the core building blocks of Fidelity’s Enterprise AI Platform. Your work will enable teams across the business to use AI in a secure, governed and scalable way.

You will design and implement platform features, reusable components, and APIs that support high-quality AI development. You will help integrate new capabilities such as RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, observability and fine-tuning workflows.

Working closely with engineering, architecture and governance functions, you will ensure that what you build is reliable, compliant and ready for enterprise use. You’ll also contribute to documentation, automation and engineering best practices that strengthen the platform and improve developer experience.

About You

You have at least 3 years of experience in technology engineering, application support, platform operations, or a related technical discipline. You have a good understanding of production support processes, including incident management, problem management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and service restoration.

You are comfortable working with APIs, cloud-based applications, and modern technology platforms. You have good experience on the AWS/Azure cloud operations and DevOps. You have experience investigating technical issues, analyzing logs and metrics, and working collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve production incidents. Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and support tools is highly desirable.

Exposure to AI, machine learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI platform technologies would be an advantage, although deep expertise is not required. Experience with scripting or automation using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting is beneficial.

You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills. You take ownership of issues, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy learning new technologies while contributing to a reliable and scalable enterprise AI platform.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technology engineering, application support, platform operations, or production support.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or cloud-based services.
• Experience on AWS/Azure cloud operations and DevOps.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools, logging platforms, and operational dashboards.
• Basic understanding of AI platforms, LLMs, APIs, or AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with scripting and automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a global support and engineering team.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support and production support activities.
