Flextronics - The Flex Company in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Analyst – Planning to support materials planning for multiple projects. You will manage inventory, lead data analysis, and ensure timely supply to meet customer schedules.

The role requires 1–4 years in planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BAAN ERP. Health Insurance and PTO are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Has excellent stake holders service skills and works well in a team toconsistently meet challenging performance targets.**What a typical day looks like:**• Responsible for providing expertise and support to the Customer Focus Team (CFT)• Ensuring the ability of the materials planning for a specific project or projects as requiredproviding materials support to the weekly production planned orders and enables to achieveKit on time drop to meet Customer Schedule.• Key assignments include providing timely Materials status through use of available Shortagereports.• Submission of Excess and Obsolete Inventory to the Customer, Work Order Management,inventory management, MRB and DR Management to achieve the operating goals.• Collate the data based on the input received from CFT, do first level of analysis, and sharethe clean data back to the planner as per agreed timelines.• Monitor Inventory levels vs. goals, Shortage reports with detailed comments – CTB, ExcessMitigation with Buyers.
