  • Perform all CARM controls and data reconciliations, resolving any issues.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices within agreed timelines to ensure payments are made as per the agreed SLA’s.
  • Coordinate with global teams to optimize benefits program delivery across regions.

Job Title: Senior Analyst -Payroll Operation
Context/Scope

As part of the Group Reward and Benefits Operations team, you will play a crucial role in developing a high-performing and highly engaged Global Benefits Operations team. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager - Global Reward and Benefits Operations, your responsibilities will include handling critical activities such as Benefits Purchase Order creation, invoice management and reconciliation, vendor management, report generation and distribution, and query management. Your outstanding customer management, financial control, governance application, and execution skills will be key to the success of these projects. Applying your extensive experience in HR and payroll operations, or HR and payroll service delivery, process engineering, and process simplification, you will implement standard methodology fits processes and data management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across multiple regions and time zones., Proficiency in employee communications for benefits programs, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information. Skilled in benefits process design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of program administration, Strong analytical skills to assess and improve benefits program performance and outcomes. Expertise in vendor management, encompassing performance monitoring, invoice and payment management, issue resolution, relationship management, and service review and improvement.

Purpose of Role

The Global Benefits Operations team supports various benefit processes (e.g., product allowance, car allowance, health insurance) for European markets. The Junior Manager will define, document, and improve both online and offline benefit processes and ensure a successful annual benefit enrollment for the entire European population. The role aims to scope out, document, and enhance the respective processes across Europe, reviewing and updating procedures in accordance with new legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure all in-scope reporting activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Regularly review and update Step Maps, Work Instructions, Benefits Matrices, Benefit Guides, Factsheets, and FAQs, making them accessible to appropriate teams, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in communications materials.
  • Perform all CARM controls and data reconciliations, resolving any issues. Continuously find opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and drive business results.
  • Demonstrate strong experience with Workday operations, ensuring all required actions are delivered in the system to facilitate benefits administration and other processes.
  • Ensures continuous improvement by developing effective benefits process designs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in program administration.
  • Responsible for applying strong analytical skills to assess and enhance benefits program performance and outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong vendor management skills overseeing performance monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Decreasing payroll workflow requirements for LCS PCE supporter.
  • Train staff and ask for technical design input for new data integration code and clean data.
  • Coordinate additional benefit features and report automation in multiple languages, consider each asset to the synergy of people and partner.
  • Confirm product information for trends and best practices with product launch platform.
  • Improved software procedures for light area of continuous improvement across categories to fully explore the system.
  • Wrap up business data for new tools, new engagement models, and adopt changes to reduce costs and productivity.
