Qualifications

• Strong written and reading communication to interpret detailed documentation.
• Basic understanding of US HIPAA compliance regulations.
• Ability to work in different shifts.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with data processing software/tools is a plus.
• Experience: 2-10 years in US Healthcare processes such as Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM.

The successful candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to data integrity, crucial for sustaining MRO's commitment to quality service in the healthcare industry.

• Review provided documents, analyze requests, and determine appropriate routing or assignment.
• Assess and categorize incoming requests by examining supporting documentation, identifying request type and priority, and assigning them to the correct team or individual.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain and update internal databases, safeguarding data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve target-driven objectives.
• Adapt to different work shifts and manage workload efficiently under pressure.
• Support data analysis and process refinement to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Execute all assigned tasks with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.
