The Senior Analyst - ROI Operations at MRO Corp plays a critical role in managing and analyzing healthcare triaging process aimed at maximizing data accuracy for our health care clients. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with good communication skills and who will ensure high accuracy standards while meeting target goals within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will support operational efficiency and contribute to data integrity, crucial for sustaining MROs commitment to quality service in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review provided documents, analyze requests, and determine appropriate routing or assignment.
• Assess and categorize incoming requests by examining supporting documentation, identifying request type and priority, and assigning them to the correct team or individual.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain and update internal databases, safeguarding data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve target-driven objectives.
• Adapt to different work shifts and manage workload efficiently under pressure.
• Support data analysis and process refinement to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Execute all assigned tasks with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.

• Data Accuracy: Uphold rigorous standards in data accuracy and ensure that all errors are thoroughly eliminated to maintain quality standards.
• Individual Performance standards: Monitors enhancements in productivity and makes ongoing improvements to further enhance it.

• Experience: 2-10 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.
