Job summary

dentsu in Chennai is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Media Billing & Booking to manage end-to-end media booking and billing processes. The role requires hands-on work with Prisma and Mediaocean, ensuring accurate data capture and timely deliverables across campaigns.

You will reconcile bookings with delivery and invoices, pull reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining meticulous records and adhering to defined processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in media operations, billing, or related digital/media processes.
• Hands-on exposure to Prisma and/or Mediaocean.
• Understanding of end-to-end media booking and billing processes.
• Basic understanding of reconciliation and invoice/booking validation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end media booking and billing activities using Prisma, Mediaocean, and relevant systems.
• Create and maintain media bookings based on approved media plans, campaign details, and client requirements.
• Process billing-related activities and ensure booking and billing data is accurately captured.

• Review campaign and financial data for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.

Role Purpose

The Media Billing & Booking Sr. Analyst will support the execution and maintenance of media booking and billing activities. The role requires hands-on exposure to Prisma, Mediaocean, and related media operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, reconciliation, reporting, and timely completion of assigned activities.

• Ability to work across different time zones/shifts.
