Responsibilities and Priorities

• Support fund and managed account launches, liquidations, complex investor transactions, and investment mandate changes.
• Manage investor reporting workflows, coordinate report production, and contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely reporting.
• Engage with investors, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters and enhance client service.
• Design and implement operational processes and controls to support business growth and maintain strong execution standards.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects, change management, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support technology projects focused on reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and improved user experience.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable automation, AI solutions, and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with teams across investments, investor relations, legal, compliance, corporate development, and technology.

Experience, Ability and Knowledge

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in fund operations and/or client service roles within financial services.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, reporting processes, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute time-sensitive tasks, and contribute to longer-term projects.
• Sound critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and commercial judgment.
• A process-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, operational controls, and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Prior experience mentoring or coordinating small teams and contributing to process improvements is an advantage.
• Knowledge of investor transactions, brokerage and counterparty relationships, or hedge fund accounting is preferred.

Tools, Tech and Platform Capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, reporting tools, or analytics automation is an advantage.

Qualifications, Licenses and Academic Achievements

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification or a Master's degree in Finance.
• Relevant experience in fund operations and/or client services within the financial services sector.
