Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Analyst Learning Developer to design and develop end-to-end learning journeys that build organizational capability. You will work with Learning Strategists, Instructional Designers, and business stakeholders to shape leadership, onboarding, employee development, and talent programs that drive learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.
