Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to support manager research and due diligence for institutional clients. You will collate and validate fund manager data, prepare investment commentary, and work with analysts to influence investment decisions.

You will use tools like Bloomberg, Preqin, and StyleAnalytics to source data and drive insights, while traveling as required to meet clients and teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 5 years related experience.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% of the time.
• Preferred: MBA or FIA/FFA/CFA certification.

Responsibilities

• Fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team.
• Collating, tracking and analysing fund manager information across asset classes.
• Collect, validate, and interpret performance, risk, team and portfolio data from fund managers.
• Produce investment commentary, fund summaries and research insights.
• Identify, monitor and evaluate asset managers and investment funds for institutional investors.
• Coordinate with external fund managers to keep data updated for the research team.
• Utilize Bloomberg, StyleAnalytics, Preqin, ADA Research to source and evaluate data.
• Work with investment consultants and manager researchers to influence decisions.
• Contribute to bespoke data projects informing investment decisions.
• Support manager research, due diligence, and client projects.
• Handle special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team.
• Collating, tracking and analysing fund manager information across various asset classes, including performance, risk, team and investment data.
• Collect, validate, and interpret performance, risk, team, fee and portfolio data from fund managers.
• Produce investment commentary, fund summaries and research insights to support investment recommendations.
• Identify, monitor and evaluate asset managers and investment funds for institutional investors.
• Liaise with external fund managers to ensure investment information is readily updated and accessible to the research team.
• Integrate and use various internal systems and external investment platforms (Bloomberg, StyleAnalytics, Preqin, ADA Research etc.) to source, check, consolidate and evaluate reported data.
• Work closely with experienced investment consultants and manager researchers to influence investment decisions.
• Working on bespoke data projects that help inform our investment decision-making.
• Support manager research, due diligence, performance monitoring and client projects.
• Special projects or assignments as instructed by your supervisor/manager.
