Job summary

Rivera Manpower Services is hiring a Senior Analyst – Property & Casualty (Motor Insurance) to support underwriting operations in a US night shift, hybrid work environment. The role requires at least 4 years of P&C experience and knowledge of the insurance lifecycle with exposure to multiple processes.

You will coordinate with underwriters, carriers, brokers, and clients, manage policy delivery and servicing, and help drive process improvements. CTC up to 10 LPA.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle and experience in at least two insurance processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work in US night shifts.
• Experience in Motor Insurance, Surplus Lines Insurance, MGA, or brokerage is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriters in day-to-day Property & Casualty insurance operations.
• Coordinate with underwriters, insurance carriers, brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with policy binding, policy documentation, invoicing, and policy delivery.
• Follow up with clients for pending information, binding requests, and inspection recommendations.
• Handle policy servicing queries, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation requirements.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and email communications with US stakeholders.
• Ensure policy files are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable requirements.
• Prepare reports, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with escalations, workload prioritization, and mentoring new team members when required.
