Qualifications

• Experience in Identity & Access Management and Directory Services.
• Experience with Entra ID / Microsoft Entra ID Connect.
• Experience with on-premises AD DS and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage on-premises AD DS integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, including Entra ID Connect, multi-forest/multi-domain environments, PKI, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Administer and secure Microsoft Entra ID services, including MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Password less Authentication, Azure SSO, and App Registrations (SAML/OIDC).
• Ensure the health, security, and compliance of the Active Directory and PKI infrastructure through monitoring, performance management, LAPS administration, patching, reporting, and domain-level security policy enforcement.
• Provide end-to-end operational support for Directory Services, handling incidents, requests, problem management, escalations, technical documentation, and service delivery while meeting defined SLAs and ITSM best practices.
