Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced L2L3 Administrator based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to manage and support Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID. The successful candidate will handle incident resolutions and participate in infrastructure improvements and security compliance.

The role requires solid expertise in managing access controls, identity synchronization, and performing regular health checks of the AD infrastructure.

Job Description

The L2L3 Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, troubleshooting and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD. The role includes handling incident resolution, service requests, access management, identity synchronization, mail flow management and participating in infrastructure improvements, upgrades and security compliance activities.

• Manage and administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) environment
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and troubleshoot policy‑related issues
• Monitor and maintain domain controllers, replication health, DNS integration and AD site services
• Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, LDAP, Kerberos and NTLM
• Support AD security hardening and privileged access controls
• Perform regular health checks and maintenance of AD infrastructure
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles and administrative units
• Manage hybrid identity environments integrated with on‑premises Active Directory
• Support and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect (Entra Connect Sync)
• Configure and maintain Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Manage Conditional Access Policies and identity protection configurations
• Perform identity lifecycle management including joiner, mover and leaver activities
• Troubleshoot user sign‑in issues, synchronization failures and federation‑related incidents
