Job summary

FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) seeks a Senior Analyst- IT Asset Management in Bengaluru to oversee hardware asset lifecycle, maintain accurate inventories, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to optimize HAM processes and drive cost efficiencies.

You will manage asset records, leverage ServiceNow HAM and CMDB, and contribute to holistic ITSM practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in IT asset management or related role.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and asset records.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HAM and CMDB preferred.
• Certification in IT Asset Management is a plus (ITIL V4, IAITAM).
• Experience with ITSM tools and end-to-end asset processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of IT hardware assets including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset lifecycle records (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, disposal).
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; generate reports on status and lifecycle costs.
• Perform HAM tasks in ServiceNow (receiving, lifecycle activities, End of Life); coordinate with product owners and vendors.
• Develop or enhance IT asset management procedures.
• Analyze data across asset classes to ensure accuracy and drive remediation.

Impact
The IT Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the lifecycle of the company’s IT hardware assets. This includes maintenance of hardware assets to ensure optimal use and compliance with company policies and industry standards

Key Deliverables

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware assets including laptops desktops servers and peripherals

• Maintain detailed records of asset lifecycle events including acquisition deployment maintenance and disposal

• Ensure all hardware assets comply with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements. Generate regular reports on asset status utilization and lifecycle costs for management review

• Handle comprehensive IT Hardware Asset Management tasks including processing follow on tasks in ServiceNow for receiving and lifecycle activities, managing End of Life tasks to ensure assets remain within publisher announced EOL dates, and working with product owners and vendors to provide for complete asset records.

• Help develop or create IT asset management procedures

• Analyze data across asset classes, ensuring accurate reporting, and implement remediation where required

Skills and Qualification
