Job summary

Cencora in India is seeking a finance professional specializing in FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across operational activities. You will monitor results against budget and forecast, highlight risks and opportunities, and prepare recurring management insights and dashboards.

You will work with operations stakeholders to improve financial visibility, support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reviews, ensure data quality and compliance with policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, management reporting, operations finance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or a related field required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant training or certification in financial systems, analytics, or business performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for operational activities and cost centers.
• Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, analyze variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Prepare recurring financial and operational performance reports, dashboards, and management insights.
• Partner with operations stakeholders to track performance, support cost management, and improve financial visibility.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial review processes related to operational performance and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with financial policies and established procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning, analytics, and management control processes.

Professional certification in accounting, finance, or controlling such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or equivalent preferred. Relevant training or certification in financial systems, analytics, or business performance management preferred.
