Job summary

enGen Global, formerly known as Thryve Digital, is seeking an Epic Analyst to coordinate Epic HB/PB workflows and related analytics within our healthcare IT team in Hyderabad. You will analyze, configure, and implement EHR solutions with minimal supervision, collaborating with application teams to capture business needs and translate them into system configurations.

The role requires 3–6 years of Epic HB or PB or Claims and remittance experience, certification, and hands-on billing workflow

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as Epic HB or PB or Claims and remittance senior analyst.
• Proficiency or certification in Epic HB or PB or Claims and remittance is must.
• Hands-on experience in billing workflows.
• Ability to set up and configure workqueues, columns, payor, plans, extensions, rules.
• Knowledge on remittance codes and remittance actions workflows.
• Analyzes, develops, configures, tests and implements EHR software and related analytics with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
• Responds to Service Requests and develops/maintains strong, positive working relationships with the end user community.

• Assist in planning/scheduling meetings and completing all necessary arrangements.
• Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
• Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence

• Clear understanding and adoption of change management process and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complexes assigned tasks/projects with strong communication
• Complies with established policies, procedures and objectives of department/organization.
