Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Markets Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Collateral Management and Margining Operations.
• Experience with margin calls, collateral processing, reconciliations and exception management.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Margining, CCPs and Portfolio Reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Collateral & Margin Operations, including margin calls, reporting, exception management and remediation.
• Perform data reconciliations, investigate breaks and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support Regulatory Margining, CCPs and Portfolio Reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and maintain Management Information (MI) and operational reports.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Collateral Operations and related processes.
• Lead and support the Operations team, ensuring adherence to controls, procedures and service standards.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
