Job summary

Indegene Inc. in India is seeking a Senior Analyst in Omnichannel Analytics to design data-driven analytics plans, analyze customer interactions across channels, and define KPIs to measure success.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, Tableau, R/Python skills, and the ability to translate business questions into analytics and present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Role: Senior Analyst

Job Description: A Senior Analyst in Omnichannel Analytics is pivotal in developing data-driven omnichannel analytics plans for customers. They analyze and optimize customer interactions across multiple channels and define and report the key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to measure the success of an omnichannel program. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate data driven and creative input to help design analytic solutions. Title / Designation: Senior Analyst

Must Have

The Job entails the following but not limited to:

• Develop tabulations, summarizing using statistical methods, custom tools, applications using Excel/VBA, Tableau, BI, SQL etc.
• Write SQL queries to extract, merge and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for data analytics and business intelligence
• Developing and reviewing data analysis and reports / dashboards as per client requirements
• Perform data processing and advanced statistical analysis / modeling using R / Python
• Provide insights through data analyses and visualization for small to large secondary datasets
• Ability to translate a business question into analytics problem to develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysis
• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks on analytical solutions
• Should be able to engage stakeholders, ask relevant questions to gather requirements and present the outcomes of projects undertaken
• Should be able to own projects, break down into tasks and execute independently
• Should be able to hypothesize, test the hypothesis using data and derive insights/suggestions to optimize business operations
• Possesses basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market
• Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
• Create compelling, insightful data-driven presentations and articulating clearly to stakeholders
• Executes the best practices in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements
• Deliver and be able to review analytical solutions that is rated high on depth, comprehensiveness, quality and timelines
• Demonstrate passion to learn and analyze for different therapy areas, markets, phases of product life-cycle and multi-channels with strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

Desired Profile

• Education/Background:
  • o BTech +MBA/MTech
  • o BPharm/ MPharm/ PharmD + Certifications in analytics
  • o Minimum 3 years of Analytics experience
