Job summary

Barclays Corporate Banking in Gurugram seeks a Senior Analyst to support UK Corporate Banking operations, driving data insights, process improvements and stakeholder liaison to accelerate client engagement and wallet share.

You will collaborate with RDs and Product, manage data tooling (Salesforce, UCRM), and mentor teammates while upholding Barclays values and risk controls in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Purpose of the role

To support coverage to grow income for both new and existing customers by providing marketing leading tools, a world class learning & development programme as well as analytical support in terms of sales management tools to contribute to the overall success of UKC.

Join us as a Senior Analyst at Colleague Support Hub, where you will support the delivery of critical operational activities across UK Corporate Banking such as Annual Review Process, KYC CAAR (Client Account Activity Review), Periodic Pricing Reviews, Complaints management etc. You will work closely with frontline colleagues to execute critical business processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and create capacity for Relationship Directors and Associate Bankers to focus on client engagement and business growth.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in this role, including MNC banking operational excellence, knowledge of Corporate or Investment Banking function, stakeholder management, data analysis, process improvement, risk management as well as some job-specific skillsets.
