Job summary

Oxane Partners in India is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the Platform Solution Group (PM). You will guide end-to-end delivery of client projects in investment transactions, including real estate and middle-market financing, and serve as the liaison between clients and the development team.

The role emphasizes analytics, portfolio monitoring, and post-implementation support, with mentoring responsibilities and a focus on process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent with Finance/IT specialization; B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.
• PMP Certified or any project management certification.
• Advanced Excel, Macros & SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Proven project and people management experience.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in technology; prior development/IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in investment transactions across various portfolios; manage end-to-end delivery of client projects.
• Oversee implementation team during product implementation and post-implementation cycles; ensure smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Address client needs with ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance and reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison between client and development team as a Business Analyst for Platform features and changes.
• Act as extended client team for asset management reporting, due diligence, post-deal analysis and business planning.
• Identify and address conflicts among stakeholders using mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Mentor team members and act as main point of contact for teammates.

Job Description

• Provide guidanceand support in various aspects of investment transactions, includingperforming/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, andspecialty financing.
  
• Takeaccountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timelyand high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-endproject management.
  
• Provide directionand oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementationand post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and clientsatisfaction.
  
• Addressclient-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring,surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
  
• Serve as theprimary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as aBusiness Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fosteringeffective communication and resolution of concerns.
  
• Act as anextended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence,post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experienceto drive value-added solutions and insights.
  
• Proactivelyidentify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or betweenmultiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies suchas mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment andcohesion towards project objectives.
  
• Mentorand guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, anddevelopment. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.
  

Requirements

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT orrelated fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory.
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advancedskills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process toeffectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative andthrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Deepinterest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Priorexperience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
