Job summary

L7Commerce in Kochi/Bangalore is seeking a Senior AIML Engineer to design, develop and deploy ML/NLP models and Generative AI applications.

You will lead the end-to-end ML lifecycle, implement MLOps, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions across multiple domains.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch and cloud platforms is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and AI development.
• Deep expertise in ML algorithms and techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
• Solid experience in NLP – language models, text generation, sentiment analysis.
• Proven understanding of generative AI concepts (text, image, audio synthesis, diffusion models, transformers).
• Expertise in Agentic AI and building real-world applications using them.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, Autogen.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI applications.
• Experience in MLOps and ML model deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for scalable ML deployment.
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model training on large datasets.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, AI ethics, model governance and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and their application to ML systems.
• Experience with an agile development environment.
• Exposure to tools/frameworks for monitoring and analyzing ML model performance and data accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, statistics, math or related fields.
