Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer in Bangalore to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer with 8 12 years of IT experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, Python, Data Engineering, and MLOps. The role involves building scalable AI applications, productionizing ML pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Build scalable and production-ready ML pipelines using Python and modern MLOps practices.
• Design and implement RAG architectures integrating vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop and deploy REST APIs and AI services for production environments.
• Productionize ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native services.
• Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, monitoring, drift detection, and continuous improvement.
• Implement Responsible AI practices including model governance, bias detection, explainability, and security.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL, ETL, and cloud-based data engineering tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform requirement analysis, and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Architects, and Client teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, observability, and performance optimization of AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications
