VMS Group APAC is partnering with a global AI pioneer to deliver enterprise enablement in Generative AI across India. We seek seasoned Senior AI Technical Trainers to run instructor-led workshops, hands-on labs and practical enablement for large organisations and strategic technology partners.

As a trusted technical expert, you'll help developers, solution architects and business leaders understand, adopt and build with modern AI technologies, guiding sessions and labs with clarity and business

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led workshops and training sessions for enterprise customers across India.
• Facilitate hands-on labs: Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents.
• Guide developers and architects through practical AI implementation scenarios.
• Explain AI concepts clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot participant questions during workshops.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver world-class learning experiences.

Senior AI Technical Trainer – Generative AI

VMS Group APAC is partnering with a global AI pioneer whose technology is transforming how people, organisations and industries build, innovate and work.

We are seeking experienced Senior AI Technical Trainers to join a global enterprise enablement programme supporting some of the world's largest organisations as they adopt the latest Generative AI technologies.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside one of the world's most influential AI organisations, delivering technical training, hands‑on workshops and practical AI enablement to enterprise customers and strategic technology partners.

This is not a software engineering role. Instead, you'll become the trusted technical expert in the room—helping developers, solution architects, consultants and business leaders understand, adopt and confidently build with modern AI technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver instructor‑led workshops, bootcamps and technical training sessions for enterprise customers across India.
• Facilitate hands‑on labs covering Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and API‑based development.
• Guide developers, solution architects and technical consultants through practical AI implementation scenarios.
• Explain complex AI concepts in a clear, engaging and business‑focused way for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support enterprise customers as they build confidence in adopting modern AI technologies.
• Troubleshoot participant questions and technical issues during live workshops.
• Represent a globally recognised AI organisation with professionalism, technical expertise and customer focus.
• Collaborate with regional and global programme teams to deliver a world‑class learning experience.

You'll have experience across several of the following areas:

• Generative AI platforms and ecosystems
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
• APIs, SDKs and developer tools
• AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Delivering technical workshops, presentations or customer enablement programmes

Most importantly, you're passionate about helping others learn. You enjoy presenting, simplifying complex technical concepts, and engaging audiences ranging from software engineers through to business and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, demonstrations or customer enablement programmes.
• Strong facilitation and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead hands‑on technical labs and troubleshoot participant issues in real time.
• Valid working rights in India.
