Senior Expert - AI Solutions Role Summary Join M&M’s AI Division as a Senior Expert of AI Solutions, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems. You will lead AI development for a business unit, reporting directly into the CEO of the Central AI Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced AI Expertise Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions.
• AI Innovation Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities.
• Cloud & Data Platforms Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems.
• Program Leadership Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders, technology vendors, and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals.
