Qualifications

Join M&M’s AI Division as a Senior Expert of AI Solutions, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems. You will lead AI development for a business unit, reporting directly into the CEO of the Central AI Division.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced AI Expertise

• Leverage expertise in modern Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Generative AI models, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Experience in Data Science & Building Machine Learning Models

• Solve complex business problems through machine learning solutions.
• Spearhead initiatives to integrate AI into business processes, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities.
• Utilise cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, along with data platforms, to deploy scalable AI systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of AI programs through strong program management capabilities.
• Engage with Business CEOs, Vertical Heads, IT Leaders, technology vendors, and system integrators to align AI strategies with organizational goals.

Experience

10+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Data Architecture, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have: MBA
• Certification in cloud platforms or machine learning frameworks.
• Exposure to the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience in collaborating with vendors and technology ecosystem partners.
