Role Description: The Senior AI Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven software solutions, with a focus on scalable, production-ready systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP-based features, and integrating neural network architectures into existing products and platforms. The role involves collaborating with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, conducting experiments, reviewing code, and ensuring robust testing and monitoring of AI services. The Senior AI Software Engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to technical roadmaps, and participate in client engagements to align solutions with enterprise requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as Software Engineer and 1 year of exposure to working with LLM-based intelligent systems.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development, preferably in Python and C#, with exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures (Azure).
• Practical exposure in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and deploying deep learning models. Applied experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, sequence modeling, and working with modern NLP frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, and versioning).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Technologies.
