Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering and AI deployment.
• Bachelor of Technology or an equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent Agentic Bots and Enterprise Chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines end-to-end.
• Architect Azure-based cloud solutions integrating Cognitive Search, Blob Storage, Functions, Key Vault, Event Grid.
• Build cloud-based data processing pipelines including 2D to 3D data conversions with CV, OCR, and domain parsing.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robust AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep proficiency in advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Computer Vision. In this role, you will lead the creation of intelligent systems, from scalable enterprise chatbots to complex data conversion pipelines, leveraging cloud ecosystems to drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & GenAI Development: Design and develop intelligent Agentic Bots and Enterprise Chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate responses and assist users with contextual queries.
• RAG System Implementation: Develop, maintain, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle including data ingestion, vector embedding, document chunking via Python, and retriever-tuner loops.
• Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Architect solutions on Microsoft Azure, successfully integrating services such as Azure Cognitive Search, Blob Storage, Functions, Key Vault, and Event Grid.
