Role Description

The Senior AI Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines full-stack development expertise with applied AI skills to create next-generation platforms that empower enterprises to modernize and act smarter with AI. You will work on AI-driven features, APIs, and cloud-native applications that are production-ready, compliance-conscious, and aligned with our mission of delivering responsible AI innovation. The Senior AI Engineer collaborates with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI models into scalable software systems and governed workflows. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to architecture decisions, and driving best practices in AI engineering and responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science with expertise in Software Development for building scalable, reliable AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for designing and optimizing production-grade models.
• Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment in real-world applications.
• Proficiency with modern ML/DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), data processing tools, and cloud or container-based deployment environments.
• Build and integrate AI-driven modules, leveraging GenAI, ML models, and AI-native tools into enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Track record of delivering AI solutions in production, ideally within regulated or mission-critical domains with a focus on security and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
