Job summary

Ctruh is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead hands-on development of computer vision and generative AI engines for production-ready systems. You will build scalable ML pipelines, automate image processing, and enable intelligent workflows across the platform.

The role covers research, prototyping, and deployment of diffusion models, transformers, and foundation models, with a modern AI stack and cloud infrastructure to support large-scale ML.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of AI/ML experience with strong computer vision background.
• Deep expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Production ML deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of CNNs, transformers, detection, segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with diffusion models or GANs.
• Strong Python skills and ML system design.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proven record of shipping ML products.
• Passion for experimenting with new AI models.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize computer vision models for image analysis, object detection, segmentation, visual search, depth estimation, and AR experiences.
• Develop generative AI systems using diffusion models, transformers, and foundation models for image generation, editing, content creation, and automation.
• Design ML systems for recommendations, personalization, quality control, moderation, predictive analytics, and large-scale workflow automation.
• Deploy and scale production ML systems using AWS-based infrastructure, including inference pipelines, model serving, monitoring, versioning, and MLOps practices.
• Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, contributing to experimentation and product innovation.
• AI/ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, Diffusers, scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: FastAPI, ONNX, TorchScript, TensorRT, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3), Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Pinecone.
• Languages & APIs: Python (primary), JavaScript/Node.js (working knowledge), REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in computer vision, generative AI, and production-grade ML systems. This is a 100% hands on individual contributor role where you’ll build the AI engines behind our platform, automated image processing, generative content creation, intelligent workflows, and large-scale ML pipelines. You’ll work across computer vision, generative models, automation, and ML infrastructure to deliver production-ready AI systems.

What You’ll Own
