Job summary

Innovecture is hiring a Senior AI/ML + Data Engineer to join a distributed team working on advanced AI/ML projects for global clients. You will design, implement, and optimize ML models, data pipelines, and deployment workflows in a remote India setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong Python and ML tooling, and a track record in Generative AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and data engineering.
• Strong Python skills; PySpark is a plus.
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing ML models and deployment pipelines.
• Experience building Generative AI applications.
• Understanding of MLOps and production model lifecycle practices.
• Experience building/maintaining data pipelines (ETL) from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Palantir platform and AIP features is a plus.
• Commitment to staying current with AI/ML trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML systems and data pipelines across client projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews.
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML techniques and tools and contribute to roadmap.

We at Innovecture are hiring for a \" Senior AI/ML + Data Engineer \" to expand our team, this is a Remote position in India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Python (PySpark is a plus)
• Experience designing, building, and optimizing ML models (classification, regression, NLP)
• Hands‑on with model training, validation, and deployment pipelines using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience building Generative AI applications (LangChain or similar libraries)
• Understanding of MLOps and production model lifecycle practices
• Experience building/maintaining data pipelines, ETL, and handling structured/unstructured data from multiple sources
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud data warehouses
• Experience with Agentic AI applications is a plus
• Exposure to the Palantir platform and AIP features is strong.
• Strong collaboration skills - ability to work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews
• Commitment to staying current with AI/ML and data engineering technologies
