Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a senior IAM/CIAM Engineer to design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform. You will take responsibility for resilient, highly available identity services and contribute to AI-enabled engineering solutions.

Lead technical directions across identity initiatives, with strong expertise in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and platforms like Okta, Auth0 and Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM/CIAM engineering experience
• Strong CIAM expertise with knowledge of security standards and identities

Requirements

• 8+ years of IAM/CIAM engineering experience, solid knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM, and hands-on development or integration capabilities.
• Senior and highly specialized IAM/CIAM Engineer capable of delivering advanced identity capabilities across Okta, Auth0, OAG, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Able to operate within an AI-first engineering model, where AI is integrated into design, development, automation, and delivery.
• Strong CIAM expertise, particularly in Auth0, customer identity journeys, and fraud-aware access, along with broader engineering skills covering automation, platform engineering, and complex integrations.
• Key responsibilities include contributing to Zero Trust evolution, threat modeling, and providing technical leadership across identity initiatives.
