Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd in Pune, India is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, Agentic AI, and Advanced RAG.

You will architect scalable AI applications, mentor engineers, and drive AI innovation from concept to production. The role requires 6–10 years of software development with 3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python/API skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks, advanced RAG architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of token optimization, observability, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.
• Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
• Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.
• Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

About the Role
