Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience building and delivering full-stack AI-enabled applications.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into products, including LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.
• Strong hands-on programming skills across Python, .NET, Java, and React.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding and agentic development workflows.
• Strong understanding of software quality, testing, security, and production reliability.

One of our clients, a leading global energy and low-carbon solutions organization, is looking to hire an AI Engineering Lead to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered products and enterprise applications. The role combines hands-on software engineering, AI architecture, and team leadership, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development, rapid iteration, and production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of AI engineering projects, from scoping and architecture to development, deployment, and production support.

Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making while integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, RAG, and agentic solutions into production applications.

Champion AI-first development by using AI-assisted coding and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and increase engineering productivity.

Define scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack architectures across applications, data, and AI models.

Drive rapid prototyping, short feedback loops, and continuous iteration to deliver business value faster.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Engineers, establishing engineering standards, testing practices, and a strong delivery culture.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and international stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience building and delivering full-stack applications in production environments.

Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into products, including LLMs, model APIs, RAG architectures, AI agents, or ML pipelines.

Strong hands-on programming skills across several of .NET, Python, Java, and React, with the ability to work across different technology stacks.

Experience designing AI-enabled application architectures and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows, with a strong AI-first engineering mindset.

Strong understanding of software quality, testing, security, data protection, observability, maintainability, and production reliability.

Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, code review, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributed international teams.
