Job summary

BotFriday AI in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on software engineer to build AI-powered solutions that automate internal processes and enhance delivery workflows. You’ll own AI projects from development to production and collaborate across product and business teams to deliver tangible impact.

You’ll work in a hybrid mode with a focus on practical AI applications, Python development, and reliable, scalable solutions for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Python.
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent workflows.
• Understanding of applying AI across internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and business teams.
