Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on Python expertise.
• Experience building AI-powered apps and workflows.
• Strong understanding of applying AI across internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices, and production environments.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of projects end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
