Job summary

Sunware Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced AI Developer (Agentic AI) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks. You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI frameworks, integrating with Snowflake and Databricks in a lakehouse architecture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience with memory management, MCP-based tool integration, and cognitive reasoning patterns.
• Strong CI/CD and AI deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Build autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and act.
• Implement guardrails and cognitive reasoning patterns (ReAct, CoT, OODA, STAR).
• Develop memory, feedback, and MCP-based tool integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Build intelligent agents/components that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Implement guardrails and cognitive reasoning patterns (ReAct, CoT, OODA, STAR, etc.) to ensure reliable AI behavior.
• Develop memory, feedback, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tool integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Prompt Engineers and cross‑functional teams to optimize AI agent performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Mandatory Skills

• Having software development experience with strong expertise in AI/ML.
