Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML and Data Engineering expertise.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
• Experience building GenAI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build single-agent and multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop RAG applications using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and third‑party services.
• Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost.
• Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and AI safety best practices.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building autonomous AI agents, RAG‑based applications, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable AI solutions using Python and cloud platforms.
