Job summary

.Kreate in India (Delhi) is seeking a hands-on Senior AI/ML & Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across renewable energy forecasting, predictive analytics, GenAI, and enterprise automation.

You will work with Python and R, build forecasting models for demand, wind and solar, develop LLM-based apps with RAG, and deploy using FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and cloud platforms. Collaboration and mentoring are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in AI, ML, data science, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG applications.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scalable AI systems and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimise forecasting models for demand, wind, solar, renewable generation, and price forecasting.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, data cleansing, model evaluation, and error analysis.
• Develop GenAI and LLM-based applications, including RAG solutions.
• Build advanced retrieval systems using vector databases, reranking, and semantic search.
• Develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent workflows for automation and enterprise use cases.
• Deploy AI models and applications using FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and AWS/Azure.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and retraining cycles.
• Develop automation scripts and AI/ML workflows using Python and R.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
